Interactions and relationships between Nubian American Advanced College and the generality of the public are expected to be cordial but still have to be governed by principles of fair dealing and ethical conduct of its officers and employees that maintain the public’s confidence in the integrity of the College, its successful operation and reputation.

The Governing Council will develop for itself and for the proper governance of the college community such rules and regulations that will assure the good conduct of its officers and employees.
