NAAC Business leadership Roundtable 2025
The Business Leadership Roundtable 2025, hosted by Nubian American Advanced College (NAAC), is a strategic one-day forum aimed at addressing one of Nigeria’s most pressing educational challenges: The Unemployability of Graduates of Tertiary Institutions.
Despite completing approved curricula, many Nigerian graduates require significant retraining before they are considered workplace-ready. This calls for a reappraisal of curriculum relevance, instructional delivery, and the role of international cooperation in strengthening higher education.
The objective of the BLR includes the following:
- Strengthen curriculum relevance through business/industry collaboration
- Encourage public and societal participation in shaping education policies
- Explore the potential of international and transnational education models for Nigeria
