Why Choose NAAC?
Recognition/Accreditation: NAAC is approved by the Federal Ministry of Education and accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). In deploying the American model, NAAC is gearing for US Regional accreditation.
Qualifications Offered: NAAC offers accredited National Diploma programs in a very unique way that assures relevance and continuous development in collaboration with credible and relevant industry partners. We also promise to offer associate degrees in joint and dual enrollments with articulated US institutions. As a community based and focused college, NAAC offers tailored certificates and certification courses and programs that fit industry and society demands.
✅International Transfer Opportunities: NAAC offers a seamless transfer pathway to renowned U.S. universities such as: Johnson C. Smith University, Tuskegee University, Tennessee State University. Earn up to 60 credit hours and complete your bachelor’s degree abroad — without losing time or credits.
✅ Direct Entry Opportunities: Students at NAAC have the opportunity of gaining direct entry admission to reputable universities after completing the National Diploma program to proceed to bachelor’s degrees locally and internationally.
✅ Digital Apprenticeship Opportunities: NAAC, in collaboration with highly credible international partners, offers the Digital Apprenticeship Program to honor youth aspirations while providing practical workplace skills, industry mentorship, and guaranteed career progression.
✅Hybrid Learning Model: Our flexible academic and training models blend online instruction with in-person attendance, as well as hands-on practical industry experiences (for example, our Transfer Credit students are given the opportunity of Residency Weeks each semester — giving students access to both convenience and community).
✅Admission Requirements: We operate an open admission policy whereby every eligible seeker of knowledge is given an opportunity. Different programs therefore have their admission requirements. Entry to the full-time National Diploma programs is secured through JAMB (Part-time students do not need to take the JAMB examinations but must register their admission with JAMB). Other students (for Associate Degree and Transfer Credit programs) only need their O’Level (WASSCE or NECO) results or equivalent — no JAMB required. Certificate and certification entry requirements are dictated by the various programs.
✅Innovation & Entrepreneurship: NAAC empowers students to become change-makers through programs that integrate leadership, business acumen, and creativity across disciplines.
✅ Globally Aligned Curriculums: All programs are built to match international academic standards, ensuring credit transferability, workplace relevance, and lifelong impact.

Academic Policies & Resources
🔹Attendance Policy
At NAAC, consistent class participation is essential for academic success. Students are expected to attend all scheduled online and on-campus classes. Active participation during the Residency Week is mandatory for full academic engagement. Any absence must be formally communicated to the Academic Affairs Office. Excessive unexcused absences may affect academic standing and course completion.
🔹Grading System
NAAC uses a standard Grade Point Average (GPA) system aligned with global best practices. Assessments include continuous coursework (assignments, quizzes, participation) and final exams. Grades are awarded based on a 100% scale and converted to GPA points for cumulative evaluation. Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress to continue in their programs and qualify for credit transfer.
🔹Credit Transfer Guide
NAAC maintains credit transfer agreements with top U.S. institutions such as:
Johnson C. Smith University (NC)
Tuskegee University (AL)
Tennessee State University (TN)
Students who complete up to 60 credit hours may transfer directly into the junior year of a Bachelor’s program at partner universities. Transferring before 60 credits is possible under special conditions. All coursework is pre-articulated to ensure alignment with partner curricula.
🔹Examination Guidelines
Assessments are a blend of continuous evaluation and final exams. All students are required to complete periodic tests, assignments, and a final semester examination. Exams may be conducted online or on-site during the Residency Week. Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or cheating, is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
🔹Academic Calendar
NAAC operates a semester-based academic structure with three admission windows per year — Fall (September), Spring (January), and Summer (May). Each semester runs for approximately 15 weeks, combining virtual instruction and a one-week physical Residency Program.
